2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers

Blend all ingredients together until creamy. Meanwhile, place vanilla wafer in the bottom of each baking cup. Then, fill the cream cheese mixture. Place in cupcake baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. OPTIONAL: Fruit filling for garnish.
