PASTEL PARTY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello gelatin (any flavor)
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 baked 8-inch pie shell or crumb crust, cooled
1 c. prepared Dream Whip whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Pour into pie shell, chill until firm, at least 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping.
