HOT SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. hot milk
1/8 lb. butter

Cream the eggs and sugar. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat into the creamed mixture alternately with the hot milk (in which you have dissolved the butter). Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

When you take out of oven, spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
