2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)
3 eggs

Sprinkle chicken or turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese into a greased pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into the pie plate. Bake until knife comes out clean (like a custard pie) 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
