CHICKEN OR TURKEY PIE 
3-4 c. cooked turkey
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can carrots, drained
1 can peas, drained

TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Bring turkey, milk, sour cream and soup to boiling.

2. Add veggies and mix well.

3. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan (ungreased).

4. Beat Bisquick, milk and egg together.

5. Pour over top of turkey mixture.

6. Top with cheese.

7. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until top is golden brown.

Make 2 batches and freeze one. (Cook completely before you freeze it.)
