TURKEY OR CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
2 tbsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. chicken stock
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked potatoes
1/2 c. cooked carrots
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pastry dough for 8 inch pie crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix and roll out pie pastry for 8 inch square dish. Place chicken and onion in casserole dish. Make a sauce by melting butter and add flour and blend thoroughly. Slowly add stock, salt and pepper and stir until mixture thickens. Pour over chicken in casserole. Add potatoes an carrots; cover with crust. Prick pastry with fork or knife. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
