BROCCOLI SALAD 
Broccoli, 1 lg, cut of flowerets
15 oz. raisins
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Colby Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. bacon

Cook bacon; drain; cut in small pieces. Mix all ingredients. Add dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salad vinegar
