BROCCOLI SAUTE 
1 bunch broccoli (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1-3 tbsp. olive oil (start with 1 tbsp.)
2 tsp. finely minced garlic
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. dried hot pepper flakes

Cut broccoli into large flowerettes. Peel large remaining stems and cut them into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Par boil or steam until crisply tender. Drain. Heat oil (1 tablespoon to start. Add more if needed.) Add broccoli. Cook, stirring and tossing, about 40 seconds. Add garlic, pepper, and hot pepper flakes. Cook, stirring and tossing, about 15-20 seconds. Use a wok or a large frying pan. Serves 4.
