CHICKEN BROCCOLI SAUTE 
2 tbsp. butter
4 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves
1 c. cut up broccoli
1/3 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper

In skillet, over medium heat, in 1 tablespoon butter, cook chicken 10 minutes. Remove chicken. In same skillet and 1 tablespoon butter cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms 5 minutes. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add chicken. Reduce heat to low. Simmer until chicken is tender.
