BROCCOLI SAUTE 
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame seed
1 lg. head broccoli, cut into flowerets
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced

Stir together in small dish soy sauce and honey; set aside. In large skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden brown, 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Spray same skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

Saute broccoli, water chestnuts, onion and garlic until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Pour soy mixture over vegetables and cook until flavors blend, 1 minute. Spoon sauteed mixture into serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds. I added bacon bits. Serves 4.
