VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. Velveeta
3 (16 oz.) cans Veg All, drained
1 roll Ritz crackers (coarsely ground)
1/2 stick butter, melted

Melt butter and Velveeta together. Add Veg-All and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers over first mixture. Pour remaining butter over top of crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
