VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans (16 oz.) Veg-All
1 can (6 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1 c. Sharp cheese, shredded
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

TOPPING:

10 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Drain Veg-All. Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 2 quart casserole. Top with a thin layer of crushed Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
