YOGURT FISH SAUCE 
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
1 sm. chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. horseradish mustard
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 clove minced garlic

Combine all ingredients. Makes 2 1/4 cups. Great on chicken or pork.
