PINEAPPLE DRESSING 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed (let bread stand for awhile to slightly dry out)

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread crumbs. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Great with ham.
