PINEAPPLE FRUIT DRESSING 
3 eggs, well beaten (can use Egg Beaters and Equal)
4 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 rounded tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Combine all except butter in a double boiler, stirring constantly. When thick, add butter. Let cool. Stores well for a week or so. Good on apples, any fruit combination or Angel Food cake. Keeps apples, bananas, etc. from getting dark.
