PIZZA FRUIT PIE 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour

Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add flour. Press into 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely. Do not oil pan.

SECOND LAYER:

10 oz. vanilla milk chips (or white chocolate)
1/4 c. whipping cream
8 oz. cream cheese

Melt chips with whipping cream in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy. Add cream cheese. Spread over crust and chill.

THIRD LAYER:

Assorted fruit: 2 kiwis, 2 nectarines, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple

Slice and spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Cook together in sauce pan until thickened. Pour over fruit. Keep refrigerated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
