BARBECUE BEEF 
4 lbs. very lean stew beef
Water
1 c. ketchup
3 tsp. reg. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. sugar
Hamburger buns or onion rolls

Put stew meat in a large pan and cover with water. Cover and simmer on top of stove until meat is so tender it flakes easily. Drain off water and flake meat.

In saucepan mix ketchup, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion and sugar. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves and onion softens. Pour over meat and heat the mixture all together. Serve over buns. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
