BEEF AND ONION GRAVY 
onions, diced or sliced
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 cups hot water
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
onion powder

In a medium saucepan, add butter and onions. On medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions.

In a large measuring cup, mix together all other ingredients. Add mixture to saucepan with the onions. Heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve.
