LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson (or other) oil

Dissolve Jello in hot water and allow to cool. Combine with cake mix, add eggs and oil. Bake in a tube pan (hole in the middle) 1 hour approximately at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Combine and drizzle over cake while cake is still hot. Recipe has been used successfully in La Paz.
