LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water

Soften gelatin and cool.

1 pkg. lemon, yellow or white cake mix
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Beat cake mix and oil together. Add eggs and beat 4 minutes. Add cooled Jello and flavoring. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees (35 to 40 minutes). While cake is warm prick and pour frosting over.

FROSTING:

Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
