LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon flavored cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cold water

Mix together with a electric mixer and bake in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 tsp. lemon juice

You can make a orange or cherry cake instead by changing the cake mix and Jello flavor.
