LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Beat together 3 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. While cake is warm, prick holes all over top. Mix 2 cups powdered sugar, juice and rind of 1 lemon. Pour over top. Serves 16.
