LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs - each beaten in separately
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pan 9 x 13. Take from oven and let set for 2 minutes. Then prick top of cake with fork.

Spread 2 cups 4X sugar and 5 tablespoons lemon juice that have been mixed together on cake.

Good summer dessert.
