LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1/4 lb. butter, softened
1/2 bar butter, 4 tbsp.
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix as for pie crust. Patting into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

3 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons lemon (Real Lemon)

Beat eggs and sugar, lemon juice and flour. Mix together. Pour over warm crust. Return to oven for 20 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares.

Freezes well!
