ICE BOX ROLLS 
1 yeast cake
1/2 c. warm water
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. potato flakes
1 c. scalded milk
2 eggs

Combine yeast and warm water; set aside. Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions. Add hot milk, shortening, sugar, salt and eggs. Let cool. Add yeast and about 7 cups flour. Mix until you have a stiff dough. Put in the refrigerator and let raise at least overnight. Break off what you want and bake. Will keep for quite a long time in the refrigerator.
