EVERLASTING ICE BOX ROLLS 
1 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening (oil)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Flour to stiffen dough

Mix together lukewarm milk and yeast. Add sugar and oil. Add flour to form thin batter. Allow to rise to double in quantity. Add remaining ingredients and knead. Keep in a greased container in the refrigerator. Pinch off enough dough to form rolls for meal. Allow about 1 hour for rolls to rise on greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 60 rolls. This dough will last in the refrigerator for several days. Recipe may be halved with good results.
