YEAST ICE BOX ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water

Mix and let set 10 minutes. Add 1 egg beaten slightly add 3 cups flour. Mix well and add 4 tablespoons melted shortening blend in 3 or 4 cups more flour. Knead few strokes until smooth. Grease set to rise in warm place. Let rise double punch down can let rise and use at once or punch down and store in refrigerator. Will keep two days. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown.
