24 HOUR SALAD | |
3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, do not drain 1/2 lb. Campfire marshmallows, cut into 1/4 (not miniature) 1/2 pt. whipping cream Mix room temperature cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Whip cream until very stiff. Fold into all other ingredients. Can be put into 9"x9" pan and serve in cut squares. I like to put mine in a bowl. Is also good as a dessert. Recipe can be doubled for a larger group. Let refrigerate overnight. Very good. |
