BUBBLE BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. milk
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant)

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Thaw each loaf of bread in microwave for 3 minutes on low or defrost. Cut into slices, then into 1/4's. Put bread 1/4's into pan. Melt butter in pot on stove. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, milk and pudding. When all mixed and melted together pour over bread 1/4's. Let rise for 2 hours (on counter). Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Preheated oven works best.

Icing: Cream butter and cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla. If this is thick use milk to thin. Drizzle this on warm not hot bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
