ITALIAN STYLE POTATOES 
1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes
(Italian style seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper, to taste)
1 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1 clean paper bag

Cut potatoes into quarters, put flour into brown paper bag, add potatoes, shake until well coated. In large roasting pan layer potatoes, butter, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake in covered roasting pan at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender, approximately 2 hours. Stir occasionally during baking to mix seasonings. Serves 10-15.
