CHICKEN EN CROUTE 
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices thin ham
1 pkg. (17 1/4 oz.) puff pastry sheets
Chicken broth for poaching

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Poach chicken breasts for 8 minutes in broth. Drain. Wrap chicken in cheese and ham. Cut 1 sheet of pastry into quarters. Wrap around chicken, cheese and ham. Bake seam side up on tin foil covered cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Don't bake on lowest rack of oven bottoms might burn.
