CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 2 c. shredded carrots 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 c. raisins 3/4 c. chopped walnuts Combine all dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs; mix well. Add rest of ingredients; mix very well. Grease and flour angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract |
