CASHEW CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken breast, sliced in strips
1/4 tsp. salt
1 green pepper, cut up
1 diced carrot
1 can bamboo shoots, sliced
1/2 c. cashew nuts
Oyster sauce

Marinate chicken in salt. Fry chicken in deep oil in wok. Remove from oil and set aside. In 2 tablespoon hot oil, stir fry vegetables. Add nuts and chicken. Season with oyster sauce and serve.
