SAUSAGE NOODLE DISH 
1/2 or 1 lb. (depending on your preference) pork sausage, cut small and fry)
1 lg. can ground tomatoes
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pkg. egg noodles
American cheese
White bread

Fry pork sausage thoroughly (do not drain). Add ground tomatoes, celery, onions, salt and pepper. Let simmer.

Cook egg noodles 5 minutes in salt water. After draining noodles combine with sausage mix in a long deep baking dish (preferably 13 x 9 x 2). Place a layer of American cheese slices covering top completely. Next break pieces of bread over top of cheese and again cover completely. Bake at 325 degrees until bread is golden brown and cheese melts. Approximately 30 minutes.
