SAUSAGE, NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. broken noodles
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1 c. grated cheese
1 can "OC" onions

Cook broken noodles in boiling water until tender. Brown sausage and onions over low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat; spoon off fat. Add to drained noodles.

Stir in mixture of soup, milk, water and cheese. Pour in a greased baking dish. Top with OC dried onions or buttered bread crumbs. Bake near center of oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
