SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. med. egg noodles
1 med. onion, chopped
1 #2 1/2 can tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil noodles until limp and drain. Fry sausage just enough to drain off some of the fat. Butter casserole. Add a layer of noodles, some sausage and some tomatoes and onions. Repeat layers ending with tomato and onions. Season to taste. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees in covered dish. Uncover to brown for last 15 minutes. Serve with green salad and hot French bread.
