SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. pork sausage links
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Serves 5, small portions.

Brown sausage and onion in hot fat. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Simmer 3/4 to 1 hour. Add cooked noodles, prepared as to package directions. Drain and rinse.

Add to meat. Heat through or arrange in casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs, buttered and brown quickly in hot oven at 400 degrees. Serve with scalloped corn and spinach salad.
