Good Seasons Zesty Italian dry mix 1/4 c. virgin olive oil 1/3 c. tarragon wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer (optional) 3-4 lb. beef chuck roast or thick sirloin Pierce meat generously with fork.
