MARINATED IOWA BEEF 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Good Seasons Zesty Italian dry mix
1/4 c. virgin olive oil
1/3 c. tarragon wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer (optional)
3-4 lb. beef chuck roast or thick sirloin

Pierce meat generously with fork. Cover with marinade and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
