BRISKET 
MARINADE:

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt

(If more than 2 1/2 pounds of meat is used, double the marinade ingredients.)

Wrap meat in foil and marinate overnight (fat side up). Three days or more is even better. Leave in the wrapper and bake 5 1/2 hours at 300 degrees or until tender. Chill, slice thin for serving as sandwiches.
