ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped with juice
1 clove minced garlic
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. dry red wine
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. sliced black olives
Hot cooked noodles

Brown chicken in small amount of oil in a skillet. Remove and place in baking dish. Mix tomatoes, garlic, soup mix, wine and olives. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
