CHICKEN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
3/4 lb. sausage 1 pkg. Lipton noodle soup 2 c. diced celery 1 canned boned chicken 3 c. boiling water 1 med. onion 1 green pepper 1 1/2 c. raw rice Add rice to boiling water and Lipton noodle soup. Brown sausage and drain fat. Add onions, celery, and pepper. Cook until soft, not brown. Cook rice until almost done, add sausage and pepper to rice; add chicken last. Put in casserole and bake until rice is done. Top with 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
