CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast (boiled & deboned)
1 lb. Jimmy Dean (reg.) sausage, cooked & drained
1 box Uncle Bens French style rice for chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup &
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Mix these 2 together)
1 pkg. bread crumbs

Line bottom of dish with small pieces of chicken. Next put a layer of cooked rice. Next put a layer of sausage. Next put a layer of cream soup. Repeat each layer again. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbles and bread crumbs are brown. Note: Rice may be cooked in chicken broth.
