RAW BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
1 c. water
1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
whipped cream

Add water, sugar and 1 cup of blueberries to saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes, strain. Add cornstarch and cook until thick. Chill. Add 3 cups blueberries to pie shell and mix sauce with them. Cover with whipped cream.
