ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
10-12 soft tortilla shells
2 c. Ortega taco sauce (1 lg. bottle)
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. taco mix
1/2 pt. sour cream

Brown hamburger and stir in taco mix. In 9x11 baking dish, pour 1/2 cup sauce in bottom. Line dish with 5 shells. Next, pour in hamburger. Smear sour cream over meat, 1/2 cup sauce and 1/2 of cheese. Layer 5 more shells. Put on rest of sauce and rest of cheese.

Cover with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes, covered. Then remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
