CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2-3 chicken breasts, boiled, boned, cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. canned milk diluted with chicken stock
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
8 taco tortillas, broken
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients, saving some cheese for the top. Spread in a buttered casserole and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
