1 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes 1/4 c. flour 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 6 med. potatoes, diced 3 med. carrots, diced Saute the onion in butter in a skillet until tender. Dredge the steak with flour. Add to onion and cook until brown. Stir in the soups, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and cover. Cook over low heat until steak is tender. Add the potatoes and carrots and cook until carrots are tender. 6 to 8 servings. |
