SUPREME HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. lean hamburger
2 c. water
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste

In a large electric fry pan, cook and brown hamburger. Add water, pepper and salt. Evenly spread the celery, green pepper and onion on the meat. Let cook for 15 minutes. Top with mushrooms and tomato sauce, spoon the mushroom soup over all. Do not stir, cook until hot. May add 1 cup of peas or green beans.
