ZUCCHINI PATTIES 
2/3 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1/4 c. green onion, thinly sliced

Beat with hand beater, Bisquick, melted butter, garlic salt and eggs. Stir in zucchini and onions. Grease and heat griddle, spoon only 1/4 cup batter for patty. Cook until patties are dry around edges. Turn and cook until golden brown. Serve topped with cream cheese.
