JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 sm. cabbage, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1-2 carrots, finely chopped

Combine in bowl, cover and refrigerate. 1/2 c. slivered almonds Top Ramen Noodles - any kind (don't add seasoning)

Place in plastic bag.

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
Seasoning from noodles
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine in cruet, fill remainder of cruet with rice vinegar (or cider vinegar). Chill. When ready to serve, combine all ingredients and toss.
