JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Cream butter, eggs, and sugar. Mix all ingredients together and pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
